Dear Customer Service Manager,

For the past 3 months, I have been purchasing and using your Data Wind UbiSlate 7Ci and the day I have received a tablet getting lots of problem whenever I use this tablet.

I am very much disappointed with this product and problems facing with this product are as follows:

a)      The day I received the tablet I found that screen is having dust on it. I immediately complaint to the retailer for said problem and he asked me to logged complaint with call centre and the same I did but of no use.

b)      I need to keep pressing of start button (10 to 20 times) to start the tablet. Some time it won’t start even after my continuous effort.

c)      If it start then volume sign pop-up on the screen and it won’t disappear easily and even while running application it appears automatically like a gin.

d)     Full charge battery gets dry within half an hour of usage.

e)      The call center person didn’t satisfy my answers properly and keep me in loop. No one giving solution for the problem I faced.

I was expecting a higher level of service from your company, and I am disappointed with how things turned out. Now please suggest me what I have to do in this condition as all my dream of using the Data Wind tablet is turned as nightmare for me.
